Good morning mighty Life Group Leaders,

As you may already know, our founder, visionary and Man of God, Dr. Phillip Goudeaux is holding meetings every Wednesday (at the North Campus) and Thursday (at the South Campus) at 5:30 PM where he imparts vision and wisdom into all of the participants.
Whether you are a first time attender or someone who has been blessed to be with Dr. Goudeaux since the foundation of the ministry, you are welcome to attend this meeting.  We all can benefit from the wealth of knowledge that our Pastor has to share with us regarding growing our church and our members.

“Responsibility and Ownership”
We must take ownership: over our family, the vision, as a G12/life group leader…
A lot want blessings but don’t take ownership. GOD requires ownership.
You must take pride in doing. Unlike a renter who doesn’t take care of the property. You must rid yourself of a renter’s mentality. You must teach and help others to do the same.
“Your greatest growth in maturity is when you take ownership” - Dr. Goudeaux
Ownership is seen! There are only 2 groups of people in the church, Renters & Owners, we’re talking mentality. Renters take the path of least resistance. Owners go over & above to do something. It will cost something “to own”. Renters call the owner (Pastor) to do.
The Power of 1
PASTOR’S CHALLENGE: Each person take ownership of 1 new soul and disciple them into the ministry. Get 1 focused to run with the vision.
1 Corinthians 1:9-10
9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. 10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
Genesis 11:1
1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.
All speak the same thing, no divisions, perfectly joined, same mind and in the same judgment (beliefs)
Philippians 2:1, 2
1 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, 2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.

Verse 2 - Same love. 1 accord and 1 mind. Speak it and get it out there. Talk is cheap! You must do!
Philippians 1:27
27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
Steadfast in 1 spirit, 1 mind, striving together…
Genesis 11:1-4
1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech. 2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there. 3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. 4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
Whole earth was 1 language, 1 speech.
Verse 2 - they, they, they (circle “they”)
Verse 3 - they said to one another “go to, let us build us a city”
We should be saying the same in G12.
Genesis 11:5-7
5 And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. 6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. 7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.
Verse 5-The Lord came down to see the city (vision). Remember this group was unsaved.
Verse 6- The Lord said the people is 1, all having 1 language, this they begin, nothing will be restrained.
Verse 7 is what satan has been doing to us, confounding our speech, thus no one can understand each other. We must be 1.

G12 Life Group Notes– January 19, 2014 – 6:30 a.m. Pastor Goudeaux __ Open in Prayer Song Testimonies Prayer of Three Witnessing Receive Offering The Vision of G12 Two Words - Responsibility and Ownership G12 is a Safety Net - A Necessity • A lot of the time you get passed over because we don’t take responsibility • The enemy works hard in this area - “No order, No discipline equals Chaos!” • You must be 100% responsible for your job, your marriage, your men/women and other areas • Ownership: You must take Ownership of your vessel, your family, and your issues • You are a magnet to what you are - You attract • Maggots hang around maggots • Some will not advance because they don’t take Ownership “GOD will have you start, then your heart will (must) follow.” Pastor Phillip Goudeaux Jr. Renters vs. Buyers • Renters don’t take Ownership • When some people rent a car, they put regular gas into a car that requires a high octane • Why? – Because the car does not belong to them • A lot of people want the blessing - But they won’t get it, because they do not take Ownership • Your life will not be any better until...you take Ownership (of CCC) So if you don’t pick up the paper... is that the way you live? • You can’t separate Ownership from Responsibility • After that comes Accountability. • What have you done in this area that prompts promotion? • Do you have a renter’s mentality” – It’s a damnable spirit G12 Life Group Notes– January 19, 2014 – 6:30 a.m. Pastor Goudeaux __ • Everything hinges on leaders taking Ownership • You can’t have leaders that are “renters” • G12 leaders must follow up and go out of their way • Nothing happens unless you take a hold of the Vision • Can you be honest with yourself? (Do a self-exam) • Do you have needs and wants, but nothing is changing? • Do you have a renter’s mentality? • We must start doing and changing • Then, rewards and development occurs • We must cause GOD’s love to be seen in us • Make your G12 men and women responsible • Silver pins need to have an open life group • Take Ownership and be Responsible

G12 Life Group Notes– November 24, 2013 – 6:30 a.m. Pastor Goudeaux Open in Prayer Song - Testimonies Prayer of Three Witnessing Receive Offering “Having a Heart for the Vision” Don and Charlene Johnson One of the greatest frustrations for a pastor is imparting vision into a people that do not have the heart for the vision God will grant the desires of your heart, but God is not your Santa Clause. However, it is His desires that He will grant, not your selfish desires Proverbs 13:12 12 Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life. • When the desire (your dream, your vision, your idea) comes, it is a tree of life • God will give you a dream, a vision, an idea - And it will be a strong desire • But most of the time you are not ready for it, so God will send you to a ministry to prepare and develop you for your assignment • If you don’t know what God’s desire for you is, get involved in the vision and you will begin to see what God wants for you • God urges you to get involved because He will tell you why you are there • God will send you an email, and it will cause you to recognize your purpose and your plan • God will help you bring your hope into the earth realm • He aligns corporate and personal vision - Your unique vision is defined within a united vision (vision of a church) • Nothing great will happen without enthusiasm • God can stir up the vision that’s on the inside of you - Just seek His face and ask Him to stir up the gift Passion is the Fuel on the Furnace of Achievement There are Three Types of Vision: Acts 16:9-10: 9 And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us.10 And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them. Unique and United Vision is Connected 1. Unique - Your finger print, your distinction, that which distinguishes you from anyone else 2. United - The church’s vision (Pathway to Connecting to CCC) the vision of the house 3. Universal Vision - All must serve God with all their heart HAVE YOU BEEN FAITHFUL WITH WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU LIFE FOR? • What motivated God to create you, why did He put breath in your body? • You must discover your distinction and it is found within a bigger vision Luke 16:12 12 And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own? • God wants the glory out of your life • One definition of Glory is: the full of weight of the matter • God gets glory when the seed of greatness that He put in you is manifested out into the earth realm Ezekiel 40:1-4 1 In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and brought me thither.2 In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame of a city on the south.3 And he brought me thither, and, behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.4 And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon all that I shall shew thee; for to the intent that I might shew them unto thee art thou brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel. • Your life does not take off until you get in vision • In the clear word it says. “ I was taken off in vision…….and shown the Lord intentions (vision is what God intends) God is trying to restore, but He does it in vision • God connects you with the visionary so that the anointing can flow from the head down - but it’s based upon the degree you work the vision Psalm 133:1-3 • Most of the time, God is trying to release an anointing and bring restoration to the church and to your life • God is wanting to reintroduce the Kingdom back into the earth realm and He wants to do it through you The Anointing (Psalms 133:1-3) • God wants to put the anointing on you for the kingdom, to make a difference in the lives of people • Every burden can be removed, every yoke can be destroyed because of what’s on the inside of you Matthew 6:33 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you • Seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and not the things • Seek first His Vision and His righteousness and all the things will be added • The Vision is there to water the seeds of greatness in you • God wants you to be faithful, and leave the success up to Him • We have the greatest Pastor and if you run with the vision, you cannot lose
